1. DELIVERY TIME

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through PostEX and InstaWorld courier services. Deliveries can take 1-5 business days for local orders. (Bank Transfer Payment delivery times are determined after receiving money in the account and the type of delivery)

2. LISTING AND SCRIPTIONS

Thetrendyhome.pk makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Thetrendyhome.pk cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

3. AMEND YOUR ORDERS

Any amendments can be suggested within 6 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 6 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

4. When will my orders be shipped ?

Your order has already been placed when you hit the submit button. Its is shipped after we contact you on phone for confirmation of the order. This process just helps us to provide better customer service. We highly recommend that you pick up the phone or respond to SMS for faster delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
• The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
• The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

• To return an item, please email us at Thetrendyhomepk@gmail.com or Call at +92 309 1111533 with the return reason and order details. 
• Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.
• Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

• We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt. 
• During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
